All documents offered were evaluated by a long standing member of the UACC; Universal Autograph Collector's Club; still an active member as of 2016. In the event you have any doubt as to the authenticity or originality of any item I offer that you receive from me, feel free to have it authenticated by an active UACC member in good standing. If within 90 days from receipt you provide a notarized copy of the determination or finding from the UACC member that the item you received from me is not an original document with an original signature or signatures, I will give you a full refund of the amount you paid plus I will pay to have it returned to me. In addition, I will reimburse you for the authentication fee upon providing proof that the payment made was for that particular and individual authentication. Best proof is a copy of the paid check. Please note that I will not reimburse any authentication costs for a general authentication; only for the document or documents I provided. 
​General Policy    ​I do not offer returns or refunds unless I do not ship the item or items you purchased. The item(s) you buy all have images and descriptions; one should not be caught unawares on receipt. USPS tracking is based on the address you provide. If I err I will pay for the return and either refund ​the total you paid or send the correct item or items at my cost. Requests of this type must be received within FIVE (5) days of receipt. I do not give a refund if your order arrives damaged as I do offer optional insurance. Insurance coverage protects you, not me.
​ Exception Policy   If you change your mind regarding your purchase contact me by email with your request within FIVE (5) calendar days from the day you receive your order and I will authorize a return. ​As I do not send these on "approval" for a buyer to review and then pick and choose, I will accept a return under the following conditions: (a) All items purchased must be returned in the same condition as I sent them. I will not accept any partial return ​of a purchase. (b) The return must be at your expense for shipping; insurance is recommended. If damaged or lost when returned to me I accept no responsibility to process a refund. Insurance coverage protects you, not me. (c) After receipt of the return intact and complete I will ensure all items returned are the same ones and in the same condition as originally sent. A 20% fee will be charged of the purchase price as a restocking fee; minimum of $10.00. ​I will also deduct ​my original shipping costs. A refund will be processed via the same payment method you used within five (5) business days after the return is received. Orders paid by cash, check or money order refunds will be by personal check.
